Jesus and Empire

I’m teaching a course on Paul’s letters (and Acts) soon so am interacting a bit with N.T. Wright (actually a lot; the class is reading his Justification and Piper’s Future of Justification). But then there is this huge monstrosity from Wright I would like to be familiar with too. There’s not enough time. But posts like this have sparked my interest in important themes.
