David Gelerntner discusses the current state of the science of the mind, with special challenges against what he calls “roboticism” (a form of reductionist materialism, one might say). Lots of interesting things to engage. If you believe consciousness exists, that we are more than computers, or that there is something more to humans than just mechanical programming of some sort, it’s worth a read.
