Summer Books

Here’s a list from Al Mohler. Though they all look good, it’s a pretty US centric history collection. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but my guess is that his goal in reading might be well served by an even broader list. Here’s his goal:

I look eagerly for books that make me rethink something I think I know, learn about something I do not know, or surprise me by revealing just how much there is yet to know about an era, an issue, an event — a happening.
